Parent-Teacher Conferences January 22-25, 2013

Parent - Teacher Conferences are scheduled for the week of January 22-25, 2013 for students in the 3s class through VPK classes

Conferences are optional and are scheduled at teachers work schedules. If you would like a conference with your child's teacher please sign up on the schedule in your child's classroom.

Conferences can be on-site face-to-face or on the phone. If you choose a phone conference please include the phone number for which you wish the teachers to call.

School closes at 3pm December 31

REMINDER

St. Johns Preschool closes at 3:00 pm on Monday, December 31, 2012. Late fees will apply after 3:00.

Snacks provided beginning January 2

Reminder...

Snacks will be provided by the preschool beginning January 2, 2013.

There will be a monthly snack calendar posted in each classroom. We hope this helps provide additional services to each family of children enrolled in St. Johns Preschool.

The snacks will as healthy and nutritious as possible.

Place your order for 5x7 for $5.00 each or 8x10 for $7.00 each.

Photos will be available for pick up on Thursday and Friday.

3s-VPK singing Sunday Dec 23 9:00 am

The 3s - VPK students will be singing this Sunday, December 23 at 9:00 am.

We need them here to sing. Please see the sign up list located near the sign in/out books. Come join us.

There will be a special program with the children's choir group.

Remember: St. Johns Preschool will be CLOSED December 24-25 for Christmas holidays.

We will re-open for December 26-27-28 for Infants through 4s classes only. No VPK.

We will CLOSE at 3:00 pm on New Year's Eve December 31 and we will be CLOSED all day on January 1.

We will re-open January 2-3-4 and 7 for Infants through 4s classes only. No VPK.

All classes resume on January 8.

Last day for VPK December 21

Reminder: The last day for VPK is December 21, 2012.

We will be closed December 24-25. Open December 26-28 but no 1/2 day VPK classes.

We will close at 3:00 pm on December 31 and closed all day on January 1, 2013.

Open January 2-4 and 7 but no 1/2 day VPK classes.

All classes resume on Tuesday, January 8, 2013.

Collection of Coats for our Coat Drive

December 2012 Coat Drive.

Our preschool students collected adult and children's coats, jackets, and blankets for our annual coat drive. We have quite a generous collection of coats to be given to those in need this winter.

Thank you for your generosity and helping us teach the Spirit of Giving.

We will be taking photos of Infants through 4s on Wednesday and VPK students on Thursday.

Have your child dressed in clothes for the photos or bring clothes to change.

Photos will be available December 20-21 viewing and for an inexpensive price.

Snack service

Good News!

We are happy to announce that beginning January 2 the preschool will begin providing healthy snacks everyday for all classes, except the infants class. They are on their own foods.

Families with students in 1's through VPK classes will no longer have to provide these snacks each month.

Healthy snacks will consist of some of the following:
applesauce, goldfish, animal crackers, pretzels, apple slices, plus much more

Coat Drive

Donate any coats and blankets for those in need this winter. Clean out your closets at home and bring in those coats you aren't wearing or no longer fit.

Add coats and blankets to the box near the preschool office. From now through December 14.
